Clear Water Cleaners Inc. was founded in 1997 just outside of Minneapolis, MN.  The company started out servicing beauty salons, movie theatres, and grocery stores as a small owner operator.  After servicing different accounts and speaking with other facilities, the owner, S. Dahlberg noticed that there was a lack of concern and communication from the other contractors towards their customers.  Determined to make a change in this trend, Clear Water was incorporated and shortly afterwards decided to go multi state. After several years of servicing commercial accounts it was noted that the expertise given in the commercial environment was neglected in the residential arena. Because of this, CWCI started a residential floor care division.  Since that day Clear Water Cleaners has been providing the same IICRC standards to their residential accounts with rave reviews.

Clear Water Cleaners has a team of veteran leaders and managers. Each of Clear Waters managers and other staff members have worked in the field one on one with what is important to them-their customers.

Our staff receive ongoing training by noted trainers such as Johnson's Floor Care and IICRC.

A large majority  of the accounts serviced  are serviced  seven nights per week, however, they also offer services for companies that require weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly services.  

Currently Clear Water Cleaners services commercial accounts in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, South Dakota, and North Dakota. The residential division provides service in central Minnesota.
